We understand that our customers managing 24/7 high-pressure operations cannot afford the downtime of their critical infrastructure, and for these customers we offer Elite Service - true 24/7 global support. Alongside round the clock support, Elite Service provides prioritization in the support queue, a guaranteed engineer call-back time of four hours or less (outside of business hours) and an advanced hardware replacement scheme that ensures a replacement product will be sent to you within one business day if an issue cannot be resolved. Adder Elite Service is like having one of our dedicated support engineers by your side, day and night.
